there are 29 “Proposed” changes to the National Bylaws for the upcoming National Convention.

There is a proposed change to the National Bylaws and Administrative Procedures that will affect the Department and Detachment bylaws. Of particular note is; that the Membership will vote on bylaw changes but, may not have a say in changes, deletions, or additions to the Administrative Procedures.

Many items in the Bylaws will be moved to the Administrative Procedures reducing it to 37 pages.

6 Proposed changes relate to the MODD.

YOU HAVE ALREADY BEEN PROVIDED WITH AN EMAIL THAT CONTAINS THE LINK TO THESE PROPOSED CHANGES. IN ADDITION, THERE WILL BE A LOOSE-LEAF BINDER FOR ANYONE TO READ AT THE UPCOMING DETACHMENT MEETING THIS MONTH.
