If any Detachment can support this effort either with manpower, both physical and design layout, or funds for lumber, please let Commandant Livingston know.

Marine David Bice, a member of the Marion County Detachment 061, was injured recently while helping the Forestry Service remove some furnishings from the Forest area. He was taken to the VA in Gainesville who determined the injury may need an operation to repair. It would be a great assistance if David had a ramp at his home to entry and leave via a wheelchair.

If you could help please let me know so we can build a wheelchair ramp. It need not be elaborate but does need to be safe and serviceable.

Marine Bice is probably the most generous member in volunteering to help other individuals and organizations.
